Aphasia App

Full-Stack Developer

A fully developed Android app prototype designed to support communication for individuals with aphasia. The app uses a picture-based interface with an intuitive, accessibility-focused UI/UX to simplify everyday interactions. All icons were created or sourced as scalable SVGs, allowing the app to be usable on any device size. The app is available in Chinese and provides audio playback (spoken chinese) with each button press to reinforce communication.

This app was a personal project created to support my grandmother who developed aphasia after suffering from a stroke.
